Step 1: Choose the program(s) that are right for you. A Legacy Verified Team Member can assist with this process at any time.

Step 2: Complete a simple Program Intake Form - so we can learn more about your operation.

Step 3: Sign a contract online that defines the programs you would like to participate in and the estimated costs.

Step 4: A regional, friendly, Legacy Verified Verification Expert will contact you to schedule a time to verify your operation.

Step 5: A friendly Legacy Verified Level II Reviewer will review the verification checklist and make sure all program requirements have been met. Then he/she will send you the Approval Certificate and all approval documents, as applicable, for each operation type and claims approved for.
